Dispatch

For orders placed before 12 p.m. on working days, shipments are made the same day. Failing this, they are carried out on Jo+1 of the date of the order.

Shipping cost

Delivery costs are calculated when ordering and depend on the weight of the items, their nature and the delivery method chosen.

France

Standard Deliveries

• Mondial Relay (3-4 days in a relay point): from €3.60 including tax - free from an order of €50
• Colissimo (48h at home): from €6.50 including tax

Express deliveries

• Chrono Relais (24 hours at a relay point): from €10.00 including tax
• Chronopost (24h at home): from €15.00 including tax

International

• Near Europe (England, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Monaco, Switzerland): from €17.00 including tax
• United States: from €19.00 including tax

Returns

Returns are possible within 15 days provided that the products are in their original condition and have never been worn. A return form will be sent and once the items have been received, they will be refunded, minus the return costs (return method chosen by the customer). In the event of a new order, the delivery costs will be offered without condition of amount.
