Shipping Policy, Delivery Charges and Returns

Dispatch

For orders placed before 12 p.m. on working days, shipments are made the same day. Failing this, they are carried out on Jo+1 of the date of the order.

Shipping cost

Delivery costs are calculated when ordering and depend on the weight of the items, their nature and the delivery method chosen.

The different delivery methods as well as entry prices and indicative deadlines are detailed below:

France

The shipping costs for delivery to a relay point are free from an order of €50 .

Standard Deliveries

• 3/4 day delivery to a relay point (Mondial Relay): from €3.60 incl. tax
• 48-hour home delivery (La Poste Colissimo): from €6.50 including tax

Express deliveries

• 24-hour delivery to a relay point (Chronopost): from €10.00 including tax
• 24-hour home delivery (Chronopost): from €15.00 including tax

International

• Europe: from €9.00 incl. tax
• Rest of the world: from €15.00 including tax

Specific item groups

• Electric mobility (rocket, electric bike, electric scooter): " carrier" service to France at €200 including tax

Returns

Returns are possible within 15 days provided that the products are in their initial state and opened without having damaged their packaging. A return form will be sent and once the items have been received, they will be refunded, minus the return costs (return method chosen by the customer). For clothing, in the event of a new order, the delivery costs will be offered without condition of amount.
